Vouchers and Tickets
All sales vouchers, tickets, and coupons issued for activities (collectively referred to as “Activities”) are subject to these Conditions of Contract, as well as any terms and conditions of the owners, operators, public carriers, and other service providers involved. Copies of these terms and conditions are available upon request. By purchasing a voucher or booking an Activity, you consent to and accept these Conditions of Contract.
Payment and Cancellations
Full payment for any Activity is required at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if the full payment is not received at least two (2) days prior to the commencement of the Activity. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the start of the Activity. Failure to arrive at the designated location by the specified departure time will be treated as a cancellation.
Risk Acceptance
You acknowledge and accept the potential risks and hazards associated with certain Activities. You are responsible for ensuring that you are mentally and physically fit to participate in the Activity. You agree to follow all instructions given by the personnel providing the Activity (the “Leader”). If, in the Leader’s opinion, your behavior or physical condition jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or well-being of the group, or if your general well-being is at risk, you may be asked to refrain from participating without any entitlement to a refund.
Third Party Operators
When Activities are provided by third parties or you receive a voucher for an event ticket, we act solely as an agent for the operator or organizer. The terms and conditions of the operator or organizer will apply, and any refunds will be subject to those terms. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions (including negligence) of these operators or organizers, or for any injury, damage, or loss arising from their services or events.
Travel Insurance
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dubai-Safaris is not responsible for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury, or death that may occur during the Activities or in connection with your contract with us or any Activity operator. It is recommended that you have comprehensive travel and health insurance. All personal belongings are carried at your own risk during the Activity.
Purchase Agreement
Except as explicitly permitted, services or travel products purchased from us are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be sold, encashed, or used for commercial or promotional purposes.
Promotional Offers
Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other offer. Only one promotion can be used at a time. Where specified, promotional codes may be used for multiple purchases.
Governing Laws
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the national courts of Dubai.
